I have been running a solo Warhammer Empire campaign with a theme based on Monty Python's Holy Grail.
I am finally, sort of, getting the hang of photographing miniatures a little bit, so thought I would share my progress.

First we have Arthur & Bedevere. And Patsy of course. I designed the army standard.

Next we have Sir Galahad & Sir Lancelot with Concorde.

Next, Sir Robin & his favorite minstrels.

Here we have the Dead Collectors & Sir Bors

These tow guys just fill out the unit: Sir Henry Weinhard & Sir Gawain. In the movie Gawain helps Lancelot rescue Galahad and is subsequently killed by the rabbit
Sir Henry is made up. It was the best I could do to find a miniature that fit the horse scheme.

And speaking of the rabbit. The only miniature I could find - though looks more like a small dog

The Sisters Of Piety followed by the Brothers of Penitence.

Brother Maynard & the Holy Hand Grenade followed by the Knights who say Ni!

I call this unit "The Cult of the Black Knight"

This unit is called the Swamp King's Legion & consists of archers & Billmen
The command stand from the billmen is based on the Wedding Party. The Front rank are the rude French Knights

These guys represent the knights who sing the song about Camelot

And finally the Wise Man & Tim the Enchanter

The actual Python types are from Studio Miniatures in England: https://www.studiominiatures.com/shop/medieval-mayhem.html
Incidentally, their customer service is excellent and their postage rates are very reasonable.

The big units are Perry brothers (singing knights, black knights & swamp legion)
Three of the nuns are Studio, the other six are Mirliton (I needed enough nuns to fill the movement tray & didn't want multiple copies of same thing)

The made-up knights (Sir Henry, Sir Gawain & their mounts) are from various manufacturers I got from Noble Knight

If you can get your hands on it, there is a script book that contains the original script with scenes that never made it to production....you need to make king brian the wild and his army.

I have been searching for a suitable Black Beast & 3 headed knight - so far without success.

Studio miniatures tells me they may make them. Some day.

That is AWESOME! And thanks for sharing the info on Studio Miniatures. I hadn't heard of them but they have some cool stuff.

But I have to ask: Where is Sir Not-Appearing-in-this-Film? Maybe he could have been your extra knight?
