Hi, all the firstborn in my Deathwatch army are converted from primaris. I'm wanting to add some bikes but the little OG bikes look weird but I need to distinguish them from outriders.
Anyone have any examples or ideas for either upscaling marine bikes or making outriders a bit more compact? I was thinking of getting another outriders kit and cutting down the section between the handlebars and front wheel, maybe leaving off the armoured wrap in that section all together.
Photos would be awesome cheers!

If you really want to clearly distinguish between the two units (and play on DW tech advantage) just use Custode jetbikes as Outriders. With pad/head swap and DW paint job they are very similar to primaris, all you need to do is glue 2 bolters in place instead of all 6 and replace lances with chainswords.

Hmm interesting idea. Aren't dawneagles similar in size to outriders? Do you know what base size they are on?

Hmm, that's a nice idea as I have 4 HH jetbikes lying around and these might be great to add to my Deathwatch as Outriders.

Some good Primaris-scaled Heresy style bikes on Cults3D.
