That gives you decent shooting and objective control. If you cannot equipment the TCs as such, swap one out for a manticore and mortars. If you need more
PL (I do not know the values off the top of my head): add more mortars, or command squad with all melta.
Go either Catachan or custom regiment in
PA: GG that lets you re-roll the dice to determine number of shots for tanks. I personally play Vostroyan and that works fine for me but some people swear by the re-rolls.
If you use the Manticore be sure to use the strat that lets you max out damage for its rockets. Not huge against Harlies but great for Spess Mahreens.
In addition to this, if you take the Punisher, I'd slap the Weapons Expert Tank Ace on it. Never played it myself since I don't own a Punisher yet, but when you have 20 (or 40 if you moved half speed or less), an extra -1 on their saves can make a big difference in my opinion. Then again, that might just be my bad luck with dice talking.

Oh right, also, when using
HWTs, don't forget that they have a lasgun to shoot as well as the heavy weapon. Like all standard issue Imperial Flashlights, it generally won't do much, but it might help someday. Especially if you do
FRFSRF on the squad they're in, that's 2 or 4 extra shots.

Tallarn has the ability to pop out from behind cover and then order itself back in. Also your troops can advance and shoot
frfsrf. Take yarrick for the re rolln1s and Basically turn tanks into artillery. The down side is you can't re roll the amount of shots. But itsnpretty effective at keeping your tank commanders alive
Tallarn is really good if you have a lot of basic Infantry squads to rush into objectives and hold them with ObSec along side close range vehicles. They likely won't last long since
IG are essentially cannon fodder, but they'll get there fast and be able to shoot at least. Good for missions where holding the objectives is all that matters.
