Is there still a way to get this spell?
The only place that I've seen it is on a guardian of souls with mortality glass but i don't see points for it anywhere.

Isn't that a unique spell thats part of a specific item that 1 specific character has? (I forget the character & items names, sorry).

If so, can't you still use that character?

It was only on the variant version of the Guardian of Souls, which doesn't appear to have a listing in the new GHB. Therefore I believe it is not currently legal, and so there isn't a way to access the spell.
