I've finished a number of one-off, "side project" minis over recent months. Gonna put them in one thread, just because.

A repainted Karman from the AT-43 game. He's a character in an ongoing RPG campaign I play.

A "Primaris Space Marine Incestor," a joke mini I'd been threatening to do for a while. Two wounds!

Solid Squig, created from the dead body of Big Boss Bigboss, to be the ultimate kommando.

I like Kommando the best. He is pure orkyness, great job!

One of my fellow local gamers, having acquired a 3d printer, has been talking us into playing Battlefleet Gothic. I decided to start making a Rogue Trader fleet cause I'm such a special snowflake.

So far I've completed two standard light cruisers, and kitbashed two additional ships from some old Homeworld (?) minis that were abandoned at my place long ago. Armed cargo ship in the back, xenotech Rogue Trader cruiser in front. And rather than having a unified paint scheme, I wanted to portray a fleet that had obviously acquired ships from numerous different sources.

Why would you spend time building a marginal unit for a marginal army you almost never play?

Well, sometimes you just get an inspiration.

A counts-as GSC Nexos (the "tactical coordinator with holo-map" guy). Made from Valkyrie door gunners, with neophyte and scions leftover bits.

A patriarch/broodlord for my GSC army.

Brilliant conversions. I especially like the cardboard box. Instantly took me back to playing Metal Gear for the first time. Thanks for sharing.

An objective marker, 3d printed by a friend of mine, to which I added a servo skull bit from some Tempestus Scions leftovers. Meant to be a battlefield marker for things like Raise the Banners, Retrieve Octarius Data, etc
