They're 32mm True Scale, so about the height of a Kroot, but without the exaggerated hands and heads of GW models.

I'm not a huge fan of round-lipped bases so I just put them in generic 25mm round bases with metal washers glued underneath to make them bottom heavy to avoid tipping. Which works out, since the Aliens Another Glorious Day in the Corps game has 25mm squares.

And thanks, the Aliens came out about as well as I could have hoped. Just a lot of targeted drybrushing with increasingly lighter colors of brown over a black basecoat.
