Lets say i start with Command phase, move, shoot, physic, charge and attack. Do i do everything?. And when my opponents turn he will do all phases like i did?. Its confusing help a new player out as simple as possible. And try not to flame.

Welcome to the game. We were all new once.

SHORT ANSWER
You roll off for who gets first turn before the game starts. The first player does his command, move, psychic, shooting, charging, fighting, and morale phases. Then the second player does all those phases.

LONGER ANSWER
In most phases, the player whose turn it is is the one activating units and doing stuff. However, the other player will have opportunities to do stuff on your turn.

This is most obvious in the charge phase where the other player can choose to overwatch, heroically intervene, utilize the Defensible terrain special rule, etc., and in the fight phase when you and your opponent take turns activating units. (See the main rulebook's section on the Fight phase for more details.)

Also, some special abilities and stratagems can be activated on the other player's turn. For instance, the Auspex Scan stratagem lets you shoot with one of your units during your opponent's movement phase.

So you're basically correct, but there are caveats.

ATTENTION
. Psychic tests are unfluffy. Your longing for AV is understandable but misguided. Your chapter doesn't need a separate codex. Doctrines should go away. Being a "troop" means nothing. This has been a cranky service announcement. You may now resume your regularly scheduled arguing.

40k is an "I go, you go" structure of a game. Meaning that, I do all my stuff, then you do all your stuff.

The biggest exceptions to that rule are Stratagems, and the Fight phase.

Stratagems will always tell you when you can use them. Many can be used during your opponent's turn.

And the fight phase, every unit that is in melee, and alive, will end up fighting. Because the active player gets to have a charge phase and charging makes you go first in combat, so *usually* the person whose turn it isn't, if they get to fight will fight after their opponent's stuff.

"Got you, Yugi! Your Rubric Marines can't fall back because I have declared the tertiary kaptaris ka'tah stance two, after the secondary dacatarai ka'tah last turn!"

"So you think, Kaiba! I declared my Thousand Sons the cult of Duplicity, which means all my psykers have access to the Sorcerous Facade power! Furthermore I will spend 8 Cabal Points to invoke Cabbalistic Focus, causing the rubrics to appear behind your custodes! The Vengeance for the Wronged and Sorcerous Fullisade stratagems along with the Malefic Maelstrom infernal pact evoked earlier in the command phase allows me to double their firepower, letting me wound on 2s and 3s!"

"you think it is you who has gotten me, yugi, but it is I who have gotten you! I declare the ever-vigilant stratagem to attack your rubrics with my custodes' ranged weapons, which with the new codex are now DAMAGE 2!!"

"...which leads you straight into my trap, Kaiba, you see I now declare the stratagem Implacable Automata, reducing all damage from your attacks by 1 and triggering my All is Dust special rule!"

As per the Core Rules, p9 ("The Battle Round"):
Warhammer 40,000 is played in a series of battle rounds. In each battle round, both players have a turn. The same player always takes the first turn in each battle round – the mission you are playing will tell you which player this is. Each turn consists of a series of phases, which must be resolved in the following order:
<list of phases>
Once a player’s turn has ended, their opponent then starts their turn. Once both players have completed a turn, the battle round has been completed and the next one begins, and so on, until the battle is concluded.

If you're entirely new to the game, I'd suggest it's worth taking yourself through the core rules, either by yourself or with a pal, and trying to make your way through a basic game without worrying about who wins or whatever. Once you've got your head round the core, you can start stacking all the extra stuff on top.

You'll also be rolling saves during your opponent's shooting phase, and you have opportunities to their deny psychic powers in the psychic phase.
