Probably simple, just looking for confirmation.

Guerilla Tactics: Use in the movement phase. Phobos unit, more than 6" blah blah...Place within strategic reserves.

The key part is use during the movement phase and strategic reserves. Strategic reserves are placed at the end of the movement phase. So if I use this strat on a unit of Phobos marines early in the movement phase, can I then at the end of the same movement phase place them using the strategic reserves rule (excluding turn 1 by the SR rules)? Or have I missed an FAQ saying units cannot go into and out of Strategic Reserves on the same turn?

Keeping the hobby side alive!

I never forget the Dakka unit scale is binary: Units are either OP or Garbage.

From the SM codex FAQ, updated 10 weeks ago.

Add the following onto the end of this Stratagem:
‘That unit cannot arrive from Strategic Reserves in the same turn
it is placed into Strategic Reserves.’
