So throwing a grenade, it says I can ignore cover. Does this mean i can see through a heavy wall or that the oppo just doesn't get his cover save boost?

For a split second, I thought there must have been some cool unit available in a game (AT?) called a Kill Tram. GW, get on it.

But to answer your question: the Indirect rule just allows you to ignore the Cover condition. It means that a target with the Engage order won't get the bonus to saves, and a target with the Conceal order won't be hidden. It does not mean that you get to target an operative that is out of LoS (e.g. Obscured or not Visible).
