Has anyone else watched these on Warhammer TV?

I think they are really good to be honest. I’ve always disliked the GW painting tutorials as I think what they showed you didn’t get you the skills needed to achieve the paint jobs GW displays on its boxes etc especially when compared to the very detailed videos on YouTube.

But these are really well presented and clear I think. Of course all lessons are using the citadel paint range so how easily they translate to using other paint brands I’m not sure.

The main thing I liked is the repetitive use of contrast paints heavily thinned to become glazes, shades and filters. They do this with other paints aswell and I don’t think I’ve seen a lot of citadel shade in a tutorial yet.

I watched a few of them and I agree the presentation is good. Louise's style isn't for me, but explaining the whys and hows with visual examples seems like a good way to teach.
