Hey ya'll. I'm getting some imperial knights for my birthday in a week, and i want to magnetize it for weapon swapping so i get the most bang for my buck. has anyone else done this? if you did, what magnet size did you use? i currently have 3x2 mm and 8x2 mm magnets in my wishlist. also in case your wondering, i've asked for the armiger warglaives and Knight Preceptor Canis Rex; the latter of which because, as the GW description says: "This kit can be built as either a Knight Preceptor, Canis Rex, Errant, Paladin, Warden, Gallant or Crusader – the weapons are interchangeable and can be used as spares for any other Knight kits you might have."

I don't really have an ending for this, so i guess any thoughts or help would be appreciated. Cheers!

There are a load of good tutorials on YouTube. I can't remember which was best but you might as well watch them all and cherry pick your preferred options.
One point that I took away was that magnets aren't always the option. One of the videos recommended using some additional plastic tube to make pressure fit joins which make a whole bunch of sense in this scenario.

Oli: Can I be an orc?
Everyone: No.
Oli: But it fits through the doors, Look!
