So, got my last package through and I immediately started beavering away at the Mortis Engine and Celestant-Prime - and I now have the entire 80 issue run of models complete, done and dusted!

Anybody else manage to stick with it to the end?

If there is any interest, I did keep an issue-by-issue journal of the building and painting: https://ttgamingdiary.wordpress.com/2021/10/18/mortal-realms-final-entry/

I never got the full subscription (had a lot of the stuff already), but i certainly picked up more than a few issues. Got myself a cheap Neave, a load of scenery and some other bits. Here's hoping it gets a second version at some point.

And those are a nice looking Prime and Engine.

Big congrats for sticking it out until the end! I picked up bits and bobs along the way to build my Nighthaunt and I'm shy a few models to make it to 2k but were great for building the core of my army.

I was told you were "beavering away" and expected a finely wrought fortress-dam of plastic to create a dice pond, instead I got two nice looking miniatures.

I chose an avatar I feel best represents the quality of my post history.

I try to view Warhammer as more of a toolbox with examples than fully complete games.
