So I bought some eliminators and i'm trying to decide what sort of paint scheme I want for the cloaks. As an ex soldier I understand theory of how disruptive pattern material works and there are lots of great PDM schemes out there, and lots of not so great DPM schemes out there. I did come across some images of British 1960's Pattern DPM on brush and botlgun site, which looked amazing, a complicated scheme done extremley well - way way out of my league to be able to free hand that, but, I was blow away by this chameleon version. In all honesty, i don't the models look as well painted as many, but the camo effect works so well in blending in with the base, I had to share.

Any have images of eliminators they have done they would like to share? I think base wise I want to give it an urban look, but i'm awful at basing so we'll have to see how that plays out. That doesnt mean I want to go urban camoflauge though. However, this chameleon cloak effect could be something worth looking at.

I’ve seen people do active camo with transitions before, but never to that level. Pretty amazing.

I use a rough and easy psudo-tiger stripe.

Aiming for arctic not urban, but that’s just a palette shift.

Other examples of my camo:

Not quite a proper eliminator, but a sniper conversion of a reiver I did before eliminators came out
