Was it ever mentioned if abhumans can reproduce with regular human or other type of abhumans?

An Abhuman is an Ogryn, or a Ratling, or a Beastman. I think Squats are also considered Abhumans. There are also various other strains of recognised Abhumans. You're right in saying that Space Marines can't reproduce, but they're not Abhumans

To answer the original question: I haven't seen any examples of Abhumans reproducing with Humans in the fluff.

It wouldn't be weird if they could, since they're explicitly human descended, and it hasn't really been that long since they split off. (And for Ogryns and Squats, they were more high-gravity differentiation than meaningful mutation). Though there might be some horse/donkey/mule/hinny issues involved.

If beastmen can't, its kind of weird, since that's more chaos mutation than anything scientific (other than relevant organs being too heavily mutated or missing, of course)

Though by Imperial standards, the offspring would likely be considered Abhumans themselves rather than 'half' anything.
Though in a hive city or the like, after a couple generations hybrid offspring might not be different enough from human standard to be recognizable.

Pretty sure baseline humans and abhumans could reproduce, yes. The timescale isn't long enough for a whole different species to appear.

My understanding of abhumans is that they've evolved independently on several worlds as a result of local conditions (e.g. high gravity, cramped passageways). The presence of Ogryns and Ratlings all over the Imperium is merely a result of convergent evolution. There are probably plenty of other types of abhumans who don't get mentioned as often in the fluff. In essence, they're just slight variations of the human genome.

Cadians, Sisters of Battle (Argent Shroud), Drukhari (Obsidian Rose)

I thought it was genetic engineering during the DAoT...

Bit of both probably. According to Lex (which sites the 6th Ed BRB), Ogryns evolved on high-gravity prison worlds during the Age of Strife so it's very likely that the natural effects of the planets were studied and the once Human Ogryns created from testing on inmates, possibly to make them docile and influenceable by their wardens. Post-Strife these worlds would be rediscovered with post-Human genomes discovered in the dimwitted but strong and loyal Ogryns, providing valuable shock troops to the Imperium.
