Second DKoK model completed from the Octarius Kill Team box, and was the subject of a step by step tutorial.

I hope you like him!

Outstanding. My only gripe is with the glowing eyes. They look great, and I know why you did it, but I like the Kriegers with black/empty eyes.

Seriously awesome work, the metal is really nice.

Exquisite! Really great weathering effects - and feels very true to the ww1 inspiration of the death corps. Love the french blue trench coat (the spatter is great), the muddy terrain and even the different shades of colour eg on the blanket and enamel cup (which also adds a touch of humour & homely ness).

I know the glowing eyes are divisive... it's the one part of the model where I decided to add a bit of 40k / sci-fi 'pop'

Ok, so the subtle colors and weathering are fantastic, but what catches my attention the most is the right shoulder pad. That might be a decal or a stencil, but if that's freehand, then you sir have an immaculate hand for gothic text!

"At the point in time when bullets can pass through the interdimensional walls. When firepower takes up the entirety and eternity of space and time, all beings stuck in a neverending life and death cycle as bullets recover and destroy their bodies in quick succession. No one is able to think about anything but the sheer force of the bullets rapidly flying literally everywhere in the materium turning the warp itself into nothing but a sea of semi-automatic weaponry.. Then there will be enough dakka. Or, at least almost." -The Glorious God Emperor of Mankind

He is excellent.

But out of the whole model, the part I am most focused on is his little mug.
