Can anyone ID this headless possibly Beastman likely a rider of some sort?
I’m about to go all knife and green stuff on it but I supposed I should take a moment to appreciate what I’m working with first.
Here’s the rear end, I mean, rear view. (If the pierced pecs of the frontal view weren’t bad enough.)
Thanks in advance.

That's a Fantasy Savage Ork (or the AoS equivalent) for sure.
What specific model, I couldn't tell you, but the feet, the chest piercings and the general shape of it match up for a greenskin.

Thanks very much. That’s a bit of a surprise actually. Well it’s about to be green briefly as I load it with putty and turn it into something cute and fluffy for B&B.

Just by the by, here’s a few shots of the build on this little project so far.
The riding legs got the chop and wired for dog legs.
Some green stuff. Taking shape a bit.
Some greenstuff mixed with milliput for the robes. She also got a head at this stage too.
And a banner on an old High Eleves standard pole with green stuff detailing.
And some more putty, brown stuff this time for finer detailed bits and around the face. And an old WFB sword from the bits box.
I think it’s maybe safe to say no savage orc ever thought this would be his tabletop debut but there it is. I’ll maybe paint her up for the December challenge.

Utterly astonishing work. Like, step one, okay, I get it, step two, yep, makes sense...
...step three, arcane magic? Step 4 and 5 more of the same. I never would've guessed you started with a savage orc, but I am so blown away by the end result that it cannot be for a mere mortal like myself to question the means.
Mind-blowing stuff! Can't wait to see it painted!

Cheers Kid_K. I suppose I didn’t retain much of the original miniature’s detail, just the feet and a wrist: but it had a good shape with the correct proportions so it saved me some work making a wire armature and base layer. And the pose inspired the sword-raised-with-standard pose. I might magnetise the standard to replace it with a shield option.

Thanks PoMcBo. I’ve been at it a couple of years now but I still feel like I’ve a long way to go yet.

Well that sure went from basically nothing to a completely different model in no time flat!
I will never cease to be impressed by the things modelers do with green stuff...
Keep it up!
