I have a 650 point mini tournament coming up next week - i'll be playing Space Wolves.

I have playtested a list a handful of times and as a general workhorse army, it works well.

However, the thing I have struggled with the most is selecting secondaries. In most cases they're hard to achieve or score well on due to the game size.

EOAF - Not many units on the board to spread well

Assassinate - Not many things to kill

Anything that requires you to perform an action is also best-avoided due to the low number of units

Any suggestions?

Uh, for clarity's sake: GT2021 or core rulebook? There are minor differences.

In smaller games, you have to lower your expectations for scoring secondaries. Scoring 4+ points should be good, compared to 8+ in 2k. In most games, the main fighting is going to occur in the first 3 turns. If you come out on top, you'll have 2 turns free to do secondaries with whatever's left.

Behind Enemy Lines and Stranglehold are both secondaries you can plan on scoring with one or two dedicated units.

Grind Them Down is risky, but some durable armies could rotate injured units and score it once or twice. The other No Mercy, No Respite are too hard to score.

There's not enough models for ROD and Raise Banners, but Investigate and Deploy Teleport Homers are playable. It only takes one injured squad to Investigate or Deploy.

None of Purge the Enemy are playable, unless they somehow fit an armored company AND you have the tools to kill it.

Abhor the Witch is good to pick up a couple points without extra effort, if you can score it. You probably won't have time to do Psychic Interrogation or Pierce the Veil, but Warp Ritual scores points after one use.

EOAF is very easy. All you need is two or three units of cyberwolves, with just one model in each unit. Place them in strategic reserve, and deepstrike them on turn 2, and/or later. If you want to do ROD and EOAF use a unit of two company veterans arriving from strategic reserves. For 7 additional points you can give those veterans a LC and a SS.
