I thought this might be a good topic to discuss and share experiences and ideas with each other. Both in terms of sharing our own struggles, but also of what resolutions we've found to social challenges and problems which have arisen in clubs we go too. I think sharing experiences and ideas and solutions is a great way to help pool our collective understanding. A means toward giving more insight and ideas and hopefully help us keep more clubs running smooth and avoiding or at least tackling challenging situations.

These could be anything from cheaters; racism/sexism; getting numbers up; dealing with rude behaviour; violent behaviour etc....

I do greatly hope that the stories are few and far between and that we end up mostly chatting about just recruitment and retention of new people into clubs (getting and keeping numbers up is often one of the greater challenges). Indeed I've got to start this thread off without sharing as over the years I've never really had to tackle or been involved directly in any major drama/situations at clubs.
