Actually it's not really the time, the time for your completely false and made up 2022 rumors was like, 3 weeks ago, but I was traveling and stuff so y'know.

What completely false and made up 2022 rumors have you heard?

1 - Eldar will be back in a big way with plastic kits for the Wailing Wombats, the Unique Unicorns and the Hungry, Hungry Hippos 3 warrior aspects that have never been mentioned before but which are in fact among the most common and powerful aspects in Eldar culture.
2 - Other aspects will be relegated to Legends and available as only MTO Finecast models.
3 - Every Eldar model will have a scatter laser. You don't even have to rep it. They just have one.
4 - New Warzones every month with new rules for a random selection of armies. Warzones Omicron Persei I-8, Amazonia and the Assisted Living Nebula coming in 1Q 2022.
5 - Point values will be updated on an hourly basis using results reported from GW and FLGSs worldwide. Updates will be delivered via fax for a subscription fee of 24GBP/week.
6 - No point updates will not be in the app. Why did you even ask?
7 - Electronic versions of rulebooks and codexes will be available, all you have to do is buy a physical copy and scan the QR code into the app and- Oh wait. That one's real isn't it?
8 - Big news for the Inquisition! One new model, available only at store anniversaries and... oh wait. I'm not doing this right am I?

GW will announce a new, big, worldwide campaign, deceivingly called "The rise of 30K", which will be the end times campaign for 9th ed to be concluded in 2023. In the grand finale, another great rift will open and every single being in the entire galaxy, Necrons included, will be looped back to 1993 when GW will rerelease 2nd ed for 30th anniversary and the cycle will start anew, with every single next release being rerelease from 30 years ago, of course for the modern price. Those will be great times for Squat players, but every new faction will have to wait for the appropriate 30th anniversary release date. Unless, of course, GW will decide to later to make another end times campaign a decade later, on the next appropriate, 40th anniversary

Or more accurately, the year we learn that the squats have been there all along! Nervous about being devoured by Tyranids or stepped on by Space Marines, the squats have been taking growth hormones for thousands of years and have been operating in the open as the bearded, ale-swilling, axe-wielding Space Wolves, who left the keys to the Fang with Bjorn the Fell-handed and went off on a kegger with Leman Russ sometime in the 30th millennium.

The ACTUAL Rout show up, and are more than a bit irate to see that the Squats have trashed the place and, for some fool reason, let dogs in to chew up the furniture and wee on the rugs.

This will lead to a rebranding, reboxing, and repricing of all Space Wolf kits as Primaris Squat Marines, and new, plastic Rout marines completely compatible between 30K and 40K, as well as a plastic primarch Leman Russ!

It also doubles as a carrying case for your models, is constructed from the cardboard box the HH starter set comes in, and can be transformed into an epic volcano lair play set

The benefit of looking like a shoebox is utility and flexibility!

I think there is an untapped market for mini cases that look like dropships.

I'd buy one.
