I hope this the right place to post this. Has anyone ordered anything from Wargame Exclusive lately? I placed an order on 5/26 but haven't gotten a shipping notice or even an email confirmation about my order but PayPal shows money sent. I sent them an email earlier this week and still have not heard back.*I know they are in Ukraine and that may have something to do with it*

I did a few years back. Had no issue with them.

And as you said, they're in the Ukraine, so getting things out of that area are a bit of a problem right now.

Same here. Ordered late 2019/2020 and service was quick despite COVID. If the service is slow now, it's probably the war.

I made an order at the end of May, looks like I did receive a single email about it on the 31st itemizing what I'd ordered and telling it was "being processed". Someone I talked to on my Discords said he'd gotten his stuff from them after eight weeks (arriving sometime in April)

I went into my order knowing it might take a long time, or completely vanish. I figured it was a risk I wanted to take to support some talented artists. I hope the money I sent them via paypal does them more good than it would for me.

I've not ordered from them but I know that Signum Games have managed to relocate within Ukraine and are trying to get their last kickstarter shipped out along with models from their factory. They are still reporting delays due to the postal service and everything else being in a mess.

Never ordered from WE but they've had a good reputation for a long while.



Stuff is moving out of the Ukraine but its slow and difficult.


I think Agamemnon has a good point. I would certainly say check their own social media pages and ask if they are able and are shipping out; if they are make an order and trust that they will do all they can to put the product in your hands; whilst you're also helping them during an extremely dangerous and challenging time.

Not since the war, but I noted they closed for a while and only recently reopened.

I'd check their pages and see what estimates they give and contact them before panicking.
