Hi, I'll be playing a game on Saturday and I was interested on some opinions about the list I'm bringing.
Casual game, mostly to get back to playing regularly and staging some models I just finished painting.
The main units I want to use are megatrakk scrapjets, killrigs and deffkoptas.
The strategy would be to keep the scrapjets on the teleporta and the deffkoptas on reserves. Both kill rigs safe on the first turn, hidden behind cover with 10 beastsnaggas each. Kommandos keeping home objectives or maybe forward deployed to force the opponent to push into mid objectives.
Turn 2, everyone on the table, charge with Waaargh and ramming speed stratagems on the scrapjets. Hopefully making enough of a mess to control the middle of the board, with enough anti-tank and okey anti-infantry. With most of my list having decent saves I hope to keep them alive after turn 2, and the mek would be giving some repairs later on the game for any of the damaged vehicles.
Clan Goff to maximize combat damage on turn 2 and 3.
As a couple of issues, I see the big mek and warboss to lack on movility, but if I get them in decent positions on turn 1, turn 2 shouldnt be too much of an issue to get charges and support the combat.
