No idea if they would work, but I cut a lot of censor things off the hexwraiths I built. Nighthaunts have some smokey things that might be able to serve the rats.

But I don’t play skaven, so take with a lot of salt.

The chaos space marine dark apostle comes with some human acolytes which might work with a bit of conversion work.

I made skyre acolytes from plague monks.i used bb's for the orbs, and had leftover open hands from crypt ghouls to hold them.i used old marine backpacks to make their backpacks with some spare parts, and used the vent from space marine backpacks to make gaskmast vents for their heads.

Alternatively, you can take some greenstuff and make a roughly cone-shaped mask for the Globadier (almost like a plague doctor mask), score a seam down the middle, and add eyes.

Spare censers from random Skaven kits, those are from the Screaming Bell, wire and garden wire. Done.

Good to see Rob Hawkins is still doing stuff. He used to come to our comic store before he was hired by GW.

It's not exactly converting, but if you have access to a 3D printer, this guy has some nice files on offer:

The proportions are somewhat off compared to GW skaven, but the Acolytes at least work perfectly fine due to their augmentations.
