Flat against the ground (under load) or deflated on the rim after being changed?

Under load would be as simple as cutting or sanding down one wheel so it sits flat on the table.
On the rim I'm not quite sure on how to do it without some sculpting.

You would have to do the whole trailer, otherwise the other tyres would be taking the load, and the flat one wouldn’t be as obvious. If you trim off the bottom remember to gs in a floppy rim around the flat part.

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

I wouldn't call myself an expert, but I'd suggest sanding down part of the tyre, then using putty to replicate where the rubber will splay out against the floor.
