Hi everyone,

I've been in the hobby for quite a few years, mostly as a painter. Despite this, my painting leaves a lot to be desired but I've learnt to paint to a level I'm happy with.

I did play 40k and WHFB many, mant years ago (I think mid-late 5th edition 40k, can't remember what edition of WHFB) but ended up selling most of my armies and getting into WW2 gaming.

In the last couple of years, I have been picking up some 40k sets and working on them, in many cases simply buying a combat patrol for an army and having a bit of fun building and painting them.

The armies in question are Space Marines, Chaos Marines, Necrons, Tyranids, Eldar and Dark Eldar (old naming habits die hard).

The plan is to start taking my small forces to some small games in the near future, so I've been designing 'beginner lists' for each faction using the small handful of models I own for each.

As a quick ending point, regarding these small army lists, would I be able to post them each individually (one per army) in the army list section? I don't want to seem spammy but I do want to have a basic idea of my army build for each force to test them out and see how each feels on the tabletop.

Thanks guys,
Zen

Welcome to dakka! As to army lists, I do not think that it would be a problem to post them separately. Especially because talking about 6 army lists in one thread would be a little messy
