So I got this model in a lot and wanted to figure out how old it is and what model it is. The cross beam between the legs doesn't actually show any dates or even the model's type. Any help would be appreciated in identifying this model.

I think you're right. Those 4th edition veterans were uneven, and they made a ton of them. That one? Not the best.

the quality varies a lot. Some of them were amazing, and some had some odd proportions.
