Anyone have any knowledge as to how GW paint pots behave as part of luggage on a plane flight? I'd assume the pressure differential wouldn't be enough to cause issue but better safe than sorry.

While it's been years, in the past I have flown with a fairly large amount of paints. I never had any issues with them.
Granted this was ages ago; when paints came with black screw-on tops. I doubt that matters though.

Air pressure changes are pretty small, so shouldn't be any impact. Just keep them stored in a sealed ziplock bag or similar in case of any leaks, surrounded by clothes or other padding to protect the pots. (bags can take a bit of a pounding in transit!)
Acrylic paint can be vulnerable to freezing temperatures, but a standard passenger plane cargo hold is still pressurised and temperature controlled (they transport pets down there), so shouldn't be any issues there either.
Oil paints, solvents (white spirit, IPA etc), glues, aerosol cans and other flammable art products are almost invariably banned from baggage for safety reasons. Acrylic paint like GW isn't flammable, so is safe, but the usual recommendation is that you put printouts of the MSDS sheet(s) with the paints to prove that, in case your luggage gets randomly inspected and the paint removed out of excess caution. You should be able to get copies for the different types of Citadel paint from GW customer services. And leave the glues/spray cans behind!

I took my paints to the states a few years ago and had no problems on a 10 hour flight. I'm planning on taking mine on a plane next week also

Might be worth preparing a response in case security or customs start asking questions. Having loads of small liquid containers may raise suspicion, despite being labelled paint.

Aye put it at the top of the luggage. That's what I'm doing, it will be with the box containing my models and modelling supplies.
