I got a castelan knights, painted it up. And now I want to make a knight army. Because I have a castelan the units are pretty much locked in. 1 castellan, 1 questorian knight and 6 smaller knights. You can shift them around a bit. But the castellan knight that grabbed my fancy was the errant:

The abilaty to grant advance and charge as a bondsman abilaty looks strong! And +1 to both advance and charge! However if I am imperial I get another +1 to advance ANC charge. For a bonded knight that is +4! It seems very strong.

However, I was thinking the rest of the army benefits more from beeing mechanical. I like they house benefits more.

Suggestions are welcome. 😍

I'd go for Mechanicus like mine.
Reason is playstyle, more defensive and shooty, and not largely offensive and cc.

Well I own a castelan and I am planing on using the battelforce to complete my army.

It should be a fun army if my Errant does not get shot of turn one:

Errant has the warlord trait to benefit from virtues - protect those in need. (Deal out 2 bondsman abilaties.) Combine with vox master (deal them out anywhere.) And helm dominates (make them sticky.) Turn one give 2 warglaives advance and charge for long threat range. Turn two the same on 2 others. Turn three buff up the shooty once if nesasery.

The castelan is a shooting platform. The headman mark (increase damage by one VS vehicles/monsters) and blessed by the savresand to deal damage. Forge master for defense.

Bastard helm for shooty arminger support. Could be fun.

Oh, and I get 2 CP a turn.
