Summary: A pretty well rounded army in general, which I rarely use as it tends to detract from the initiative ( generalist armies tend to be more responsive i.e. prepared to respond to various threats instead of exploiting an enemy vulnerability. ) . I would have preferred a third Hekaton and could trade out some Beserks and/or Bikes but I wanted melee for my initial charge and just getting rid of the Bikes would not give me enough for another Fortress. In general I'm thinking of leaving two Hearthkyn in the back and moving to middle objectives with everything else. The Bikes help screen against Deep Strikes or provide cavalry support.

Concluding Remarks:

Basically I like to go strong down the middle objectives with as much concentrated force as possible while leaving a minimal amount of forces to hold back objectives. Of course a Deathstrike missile could ruin this and I would have to alter my deployment but otherwise it's a textbook Clausewitzian Strategem. It's kind of funny so many critics act like my Army Lists are unorthodox, when in reality, the use of as much concentrated force as possible is mainstream military theory.

The few that bothers to comment don't say yours are unorthodox. Just that you call them friendly when they aren't.

In general your lists gets ignored. How many of you n+1 lists you have posted even have seen play?

What tneva said. You just seem to keep posting Votaan lists which are generally similar. Running triple Hekatons isn't a casual list, or even semi-competitive.

I don't understand this comment. Are you saying that it is competitive or just unfriendly?

From my perspective three Hekatons in a friendly game is too much T8 2+ to reasonably field unless your opponent knew ahead of time what you are bringing. But in a competitive game I don't think it plays to the objectives well?
