Hello, I'm back! Yes, I have been pulled back into the tabletop miniatures world.
And I am in need of some advice regarding my compressor, from you gits and grots, please.

It's been sat doing nothing in a dusty barn for... 6 years? And I want to start using it again. I have turned it on briefly and it sounds fine.
Any recommendations for anything I should do with it after it being idle for that long, or should I be good to go?
Thanks in advance.

It's a genuine Iwata, should be good? Just do some painting tests before starting serious work, any mechanical faults with the comp should manifest themselves during first hours of use after a long break

You can just test with water to start with to make sure pressure keeps steady etc

Thanks, Tauist. I'll give her a go with just water and see how the spray is.
