So battle brothers says you can take a patrol for free in AoO but does it have to adhere the 25% Power Level rule also still?

If you want to retain your pure army special rules for your AoO detachment you have to stick to the max 25% PL rule. You can go beyond 25%, but then your CSM would lose their let the galaxy burn rule.

short answer: yes

longer answer: you can take however much demonic allies you want, but if you go over the 25% power level mark, the daemons lose their AGENT OF CHAOS keyword, and your main force looses its faction "purity" bonus (ie, Let the Galaxy Burn, Cabalistic Rituals, CONTAGIONS OF NURGLE, etc).
