First of all, I like PSM because they have better scale butI hate their lack of diversified weapon options(entire intercessors squad just use bolter, bolter and bolter,no special weapon and no heavy weapon? Too monotonous!) , so I just use them as proxy, counts as old SM.

then I always have a big problem: lack of special weapons and heavy weapons canbe fit on the PSM' torso.

You can use the arms of the old SM, but those arms are still too short and can't hold special weapon.

The arms and weapons of the old Devastators are barely fit for PSM torso, but they need greenstuff, because you need to reconnect the power tube and ammo belt to the backpack.

it not easy to use PSM to Proxy the old SM and give them special weapons and heavy weapons.

so is there any third-party that has made products for this purpose (PSM-size arms for holding regular special weapons and heavy weapons,or simply slightly enlarged version of those weapon bits)?

Just as a general piece of advice, its best not to just make up acronyms.

Lots of folks just aren't going to bother trying to figure out what you're talking about.

Efficiency is the highest virtue.

So who is it that gets to make the acronyms?

Some of the Horus Heresy heavy weapons come with corresponding arms in the upgrade set, I wouldn't be surprised if it was possible to use those to build primaris with a heavy weapon.

I have made a few kit bashed heavy bolters/plasma cannons using PSM bodies and the bits from the devastater box, and true greenstuffs are needed but not too difficult.

I have also simply cut off the torso of PSMs and use the SM torsos instead. The longest bit of the PSM are their legs and therefore aren't really noticeable. It's easier actually but expoy are needed to fill into the bottom of devastator marine torsos.

Lastly, I've had some 3D-printed heavy weapon bits up-scaled to fit the width of the PSM torso. There are, ofc, pre-posed models for print as well, though their scales are usually off -- for example, I printed a model that's intended for 1/6 scale and at 35mm (head to toe), but the head is the size of a BB round. Ended up cutting the bottom of a devastator helmeted head instead. The result I'd argue is pretty good.
