Is your goal to win games or to follow a particular piece of fluff? If you care about winning then change the TC to a battle cannon with Gatekeeper and give it the Lead by Example WLT and ignore cover tank ace, give one of the heavy support vanquishers the veteran commandeer tank ace for the elite sharpshooters doctrine, and change the rest of the LRBTs to executioners since they're the clear best gun and there's no real reason to take anything else. And I'd move at least one of your LRBTs to a second tank commander so you have some redundancy with orders. And drop the steel commissar ace, it does literally nothing in this list because you have no units that can receive the order.

If you don't care about having a good list then just trade the useless commissar upgrade for something that actually has an effect in this list.

I think that the Commissar is going to get a plasma-tank, and I'll give her Lead By Example and Meticulous Calibrator (see below for why), which will mean - I hope - that the three plasma cannons will do a number on infantry.

If I have the points following the rejig (as it looks like lascannons now cost 5 points?) I'll give one of the Vanqs Veteran Commander and Elite Sharpshooters.

Well, the Rogal Dorn is my second order-production-vehicle - it has Vaunted Praetorian.

There's an old guard saying: one is none, two is none, three just might live long enough to do the job. With an all-tank like this you want at least a second tank commander plus the VP Dorn.

Also, Gatekeeper over plasma on the TC. D3+6 shots instead of D6+3 shots makes it the single best LRBT weapon and it's a mandatory choice in pretty much every list.

Yeeeaaaah but Gatekeeper isn't as thematic; I originally wanted a Vanq for the Commissar so she could put an anti-tank shell into naughty fleeing armoured vehicles, but the Executioner is something I also like for Commissar tanks partly because of the name and partly because the first Commissar tank I ever saw was an Executioner!
