Forgive me if I have misunderstood.

Can we now include freeblades in Arks of Omen without breaking rules.

For example, Dark Angels Deathwing detachment and then a freeblade auxilllery support detachment?

Because the new Agens of Imperium rules came out which allowed it all in same detachment.

But I couldn;t see anything about super auxillery support ones with knights.

Have I misunderstood?

You can include one FREEBLADE imperial knight in an shaux detachment, in addition to your AoO detachment without breaking rules.

You cant put the knight in your AoO detachment because it doesnt get the AOTI keyword. It only gets it when its in an shaux detachment.

Thank you. My brain was having trouble understanding it because of the changes.

I was wrong. You can include an imperial knight in an AoO detachment without him taking up a slot. Canis Rex has the AOTI faction keyword.

AGENT OF THE IMPERIUM
If your army is Battle-forged, you can include one Agent of
the Imperium unit in each Imperium (excluding Fallen units)
Patrol, Boarding Patrol, Battalion, Brigade and Arks of Omen
Detachment in your army without those units taking up
Battlefield Role slots in those Detachments. The inclusion of
an Agent of the Imperium unit does not prevent other units
from their Detachment benefiting from Detachment abilities
(e.g. Chapter Tactics), and it does not prevent other units from
your army benefiting from abilities that require every model
in your army to have that ability (e.g. Combat Doctrines).
An Agent of the Imperium unit included in a Patrol, Boarding
Patrol, Battalion, Brigade or Arks of Omen Detachment in this
manner is ignored for any rules that state all units from that
Detachment must have at least one Faction keyword in common
(e.g. in a matched play game), and when determining your
Army Faction.

But IKs aren't AOTI, they gain the keyword just when they are in a auxiliary super heavy detachment, apart from Canis Rex that have AOTI keyword in the datasheet (as you pointed).

Interesting that you can fit Canis + IK aux superheavy detachment in another army.
