My first time really building a 9th ed list
So I'm really not sure what is good or not as a list.

Using Kronos, so +4" range to all shooting and extra 1 AP when at half range.
Spending 3 CP for 2 relics and an extra warlord trait

Warlord is a Hive Tyrant with Heavy Venom Cannon+Shardgullet relic, Lash Whip and Monstrous Bonesword
Adaptive Biology warlord trait
Smite, Catalyst and Symbiostorm
195pts

2nd HQ, a Tervigon with Massive Scything Talons + Maw-claws of Thyrax relic
Direct Guidance warlord trait
Smite and Catalyst
235pts

And a Tyranid Prime with Adrenal Glands, Dual Boneswords and Venom Cannon
90pts

Troops are 2 units of 20 Termagants, 140pts each.

And a unit of 3 Tyranid Warriors with Lash Whip and Bonesword, 2 with a Deathspitter and 1 Venom Cannon
120pts

Only elites are 3 Zoanthropes with Smite and Neuroparasite
210pts
Neurothrope is only 10pts more so I have thaught of taking one of them instead, not sure.

And then 3 Heavy Supports
3 Carnifexes with two Deathspitters and a Heavy Venom Cannon each + the Enhanced Senses upgrade
465pts

1 Exocrine
200pts

And a Tyrannofex with Acid Spray
205pts

Im not entirely sure about the Acid Spray. But 3 heavy venoms, 2 non heavy, shardgullet and an exocrine seems like plenty of anti tank firepower, so dont really think it needs the rupture cannon.
And again, could certainly find 10pts from somewhere to take a malicepter instead of the zoanthropes, but really cant not sure which would be best.

Any thaughts or ideas would be grate.

Not bad, but there are a few things I would change.

Since you're giving the tervigon the maw-claws relic, it would get more use out of the Heightened Senses warlord trait than Direct Guidance. As the re-rolls to hit on the ton of WS3+ attacks it makes will be much more significant than adding +1 to the hit rolls on some warriors or a carnifex. Consider giving it Adrenal Glands too, as this gives it access to the Adrenal Surge stratagem. This all comes together to give it a ludicrous number of attacks, with full re-rolls on hits and wounds.

You're better off taking a unit of 30 termagants with a tervigon rather than two units of 20. It's more termagants that the opponent has to shoot through to get past the wall of flesh rule.

You should squeeze in a unit of tyrant guard. They make a huge difference to the survivability of your hive tyrant, and you don't want that guy dying. It disables all of your synaptic imperative abilities when it dies, which can be quite a blow.

Personally I'd swap the deathspitters on the carnifexes for scything talons. While it may seem tempting to try and get the most out of the enhanced senses upgrade by piling on more guns, having decent melee capabilities is worth a lot more than the sprinkling of anti-infantry shots that the deathspitters provide. It means your carnifexes can handle themselves in the mid-board, so you can be more aggressive with them. Which should work well alongside the acid spray tyrannofex.
