has all the issues available for free. If you are asking about physical print version of the magazine, those only exist from issue #4 onwards, AFAIK anyway..

28 is a shining beacon of hope for me, been a big fan of the magazine ever since I stumbled onto it. As someone who has been involved with the hobby for decades, stuff like WD isn't really doing it for me anymore, whereas 28 issues are always a delight and a big source of inspiration.

Understandable, the issues seem to come out very slowly. I am in their Patreon so get their newsletter, without it I'd probably forget to check issues as well hehehe
