    Wow...that's not a lot of models for 3k.

    The fexes are a bit pimped for guardmen, doncha think? Do you really need Miasma *and* AG(WS) against WS3 guardsmen? Also, scythetail would be better than mace against T3. The rest of the upgrades are fine though, it *is* 3k points so some amount of HS pimping is certainly in order. Same with the Flyrant - drop the AG(I), AG(WS), Implant Attack, and Extended Carapace (which is now illegal on Flying Tyrants, BTW). Take Warp Field instead of Warp Blast if you want the 2+ save. Warp Blast is only going to mess up your charges by removing the closest models. Against vehicles, Warp Blast is only worth it vs skimmers, which IG don't have. You shouldn't be attacking tanks with the Flyrant anyways, he needs to be safely tucked away in CC.

    It's too bad you don't have any barbed stranglers anywhere - guardsmen pin so nicely, and tightpacked guardsmen can have multiple units pinned by one of em. With the tail and tusks, why not drop the Scytals on the HS fexes and go with uberGunFexes? S8 shots that can pen are also half decent against Chimeras and the nasty nasty Hellhounds you will definitely see on the field.

    Your fast attack isn't maxed either - against guardsmen, Gargoyles could actually be worthwhile. And a 32-Gargoyle unit that gets stuck into CC can block a lot of LOS from those heavy bolters and lascannons, while your slow guys move up. I guess Ravener devourers might possibly be ok against IG...if you're deepstriking to take out command squads. Good luck deepstriking safely when the board is 75% covered in humies though. If you're not deepstriking the Ravs, when would you ever shoot instead of fleeting?

    Termagaunts are not worth it against guard - go with Spinegaunts. The reroll to hit is worth much more than re-rolling the 1/3 of your hits that don't wound at S4. Also you get more wounds.

    Your synapse is pretty vulnerable - two Tyrants only. IG can field a *lot* of lascannons in 3k points. Say 25 LCs, that's 12 hits per turn, that's 10 wounds per turn (5 wounds if you're hiding in hard cover)...suddenly 3 Tyrant Guard don't seem like a lot. 2-3 turns and they're gone. And every lascannon *should* be aimed at your Tyrants, along with all the Ordnance. Tyrant + 3 guard is a footprint that is extremely forgiving of the scatter die. I see your Flyrant going down in the first turn to massed Lascannons, and the walking one in turn 3 or 4 to Las + Battlecannons.

    Consider trading one of your HS fexes for 3 Zoanthropes with Synapse/Warp Blast. Keep them as hidden behind/in terrain as possible. Zoeys let you run a brood of gaunts up the flanks, which can be very handy. They also distract a lot of heavy weapons fire away from your 200 point HQs. And in many missions (ie Recon) they let you do a full-board pushback if you get first deployment.

    More importantly, two Tyrants + 3 Tyrant Guard + 3 Zoeys = enough synapse to make a Guard player decide to shoot other things.

    I would get some warriors in there, maybe instead of the raveners. You definitely need more synapse.

    I would also consider swapping a HS fex for 3 zoanthropes with synapse and psi scream. Cumulative penalties to already low IG leadership hurts.

    Warriors, no. I don't think they really fit.

    I don't think I would invest in CC upgrades at all on a fex, ever. Maybe +1 weapon skill and that's all. Regenerate might pay off, maybe. I'm trying it on mine just for kicks.
