One for the Dakka conversions "brains trust", and especially those lucky enough to already have their hands on a Saturnine Dreadnought...

I'm looking at the possibilities to convert the weapons on a Sat Dread, to basically be a pair of proportionately-sized Assault Cannons.

Why? Rule of cool, and to maybe represent a Dread that has survived to M.41, but the advanced tech for the weapons has been lost.

Has anyone considered this?

Parts-wise I was thinking maybe the cannons from a Redemptor Dreadnought, or maybe even the gatlings from the Imperial Knight kit...

Any suggestions (including 3rd party manufacturers) gratefully accepted!
