Your FW units cost 220pts, not 120, and there is something wrong with your Crisis unit, but I can't tell what because its unclear if you have 2 or 3 suits.

But I get the general idea, and here's my opinion: way too many FWs. FWs are a complete waste of pts at this level, they cannot kill anything to save their life. Take Stealth instead, they are infinitely better at putting out pulse fire than FWs are. Secondly, when you take a Devilfish, then give it SMS and a TA, its worth it. The firepower put out is well worth it.

You easily have enough anti-tank firepower with 3 Railheads at 1500, in fact you will get cheese remarks for doing that, so you really do not need Piranhas. Piranhas have polarised more than anything else in the codex, personally I don't like 'em much, they die to easily and they die to the weapons that normally wouldn't have a target like Autocannons and Heavy Bolters.

You don't need the 'vre upgrade to be able to take h-w stuff, the 5pts cheaper Team Leader is just fine. And if you have 3 empty Elite slots, then its better to take 3 seperate Crisis rather than bunch them into one unit.

well ive added the seeker missle system to the devilfishes, took out a squad of firewarriors and fixed the fiveknives into 3 squads of one, now leaving me with 1386 pts and 114 points remaining which is quite abit. any suggestions on what i should spend these points on? maybe i could cut the fws down to 10 man and theres another 40 points, throw 2 fireknives into a squad, one in another and get a 3 man stealth team? not quite sure what route to take from here.

Your Crisis are still illegal. They should be 77pts, you can't take 4 hard-points, you need to upgrade them to Team Leaders in order to take the multi-tracker hard-wired.

So do that, then as I said, I suggest dropping one of the Mech FW units and taking a Stealth team instead. And with the pts left over see if you can squeeze in 2 two-man Crisis units.

For the really hard-core UKGT list, take mine, drop the Stealth and get another 2 man Crisis unit. However I like Stealths too much to drop them, also the extra anti-horde firepower is useful against races where the RGs cannot help out against infantry, e.g IG, Nids, etc

actually if i go with the same layout minus the cheaper multi tracker, the cost for each suit is 72. crisis' are at a 25 point basecost with an extra 5 for the team leader. thats 30, add the misslepod to it for one hardpoint and thats 12 points, the plasma is 20 for the second hardpoint and the targetting array is 10 for the third. 72 points. im still left with 70 points that im still taking into consideration. idk why im messing up these points, prolly cuz im quickly looking at the codex and i put the list together in like 5 minutes haha.

Why on earth would want to leave the multi-tracker out ? You'd be better of saving 15pts per suit by dropping the array and TmLd than losing the MT.

hmm yeah, the extra +1 isnt worth it so ill just save the 15 like you said, leave them all standard and put in the multi for 5 pts and adjust the cost. now to figure out what to spend the other points on still lol.
