It was $37 ish there. Looks like a nice stand in for some of the pricier FW stuff. It even appears to have space for a landing/cargo pod to drop troops off. A little work and I am sure you could make a nice box to hold your IG or whatever. A truley adventurous modeler could join 2 together to make an ersatz thunderhawk! Had I not just dropped cash on Pegasus terrain I would be all over this.

I saw this thing up close and it IS big. Maybe too big. I am guessing it is about 20" long by 17" wide. That's a very rough estimate.

Like Kyoto said... perhaps some one could enlighten us about the actual sizes of the sigma 6 toy versus a FW flyer.

Personally, I am against toys used in armies. I agree with Mahu. It would be better suited to be used as a lander of some kind.

I picked one up because I am a sucker for deadly VTOL looking things.

This thing is HUGE... really huge...

like... I can sling a Land Raider underneath it for delivery, huge.

No - I'm not kidding.

The diameter of each engine nacelle is about the size of a rhino.
The Landing gear is a terminator tall.

Ender502's size guess is right on the money. 17.5" wide from nacelle tip to nacelle tip. About 24" long from tip of gun to tail..

I can park a land raider underneath it with no problems whatsoever. The Land Raider would likely have to back out from underneath it (not QUITE enough clearance to drive forward) - but it could quite easily be used as a stand in for a Thunderhawk Transporter variant.

I'm quite happy though... ;D

I purchase "collectibles." And then i take them out of the box and play with them. Alot. And no, my kids are not allowed to touch them.

The super articulated Optimus Prime is dead sexy.
