IAL update 2.6.06 issues.

Hello, I use the IAL and updated to 2.6.06. (thats what it says my version is when i load)

It lists several fixes for darkangels yet they dont seem to work correctly, such as the Stubborn rule allowed to be purchased.

Have any others experienced this issue??

IAL is utter pants. Just purchase Army Builder already, as blue loki suggests above, it's vastly superior and gets regular updates (unlike IAL). Not to mention is vastly greater flexibility and versatility (ie: one program for all tabletop wargames I play, from 40k & WHFB to Flames of War and WH Ancients).
