Also, I think he messed up on the wild rider standard. Because he blasted the actual wild riders apart with that stand-and-shoot he also dropped the standard bearer, and the banner didn't trasnfer to your general in the process. I'm hoping you didn't play it this way - by giving the general a +1 standard bonus in combat with the pistoliers and then archers - and likewise when your general was killed the archers can't claim a standard that isn't there anymore.

So the score is more like 25 point difference

Plus your table quarter bonus of 200 gives you 701 total. I believe Boss is right and the your character can't pick up the unit standard. Deduct those 100 points from his total and you actually score a minor victory I believe, 701 to 526.

One question though...did his free company strike first when they counter charged? He didn't say they attacked at all, but they should have went first, and then your wardancers, and then the swordsmen.
