I think you should leave the dragonriding & magic bows to normal heroes. Archmage on foot or on elves steed would work much better. Also some good arcane/enchanted items for boosting spellcasting wouldn't hurt (instead of the bows). If you're running couple of mages, banner of sorcery would help alot. Also, 4 bolters is too much. You could definetly use couple of eagles in place of 2 rbts at least.
