As it reads..i need a tactical sqaud in a 10 man count.. how i build said sqaud with upgrades and options is up to theplayer... Because it is required to field in the Apoc. formation to get the Strategic Assets, +200 points.

And then you read the Formation fluff, they waffle on about the Imperium, but nowhere do they mention you need transports for the Formation........

Apocalypse is meant to be played in fun friendly games. I think it is fine to buy/not buy the vehicles as long as your opponents are ok with it.
Everyone knows the headaches that the vague GW rules create, but I think Apoc is one area where we dont need to sweat the rules too hard. Just have fun.
