				<description><![CDATA[ Per the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(3);'>40k</span> rulebook <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(36);'>FAQ</span>, models in a transport do not count as being on the table. 				<description><![CDATA[ Just to clarify its non shooting type of psychic powers.  Psychic powers that are shooting abilities can be used out of vehicles.  But the vehicle has to have a firing port for the psycher to use it.  Which unfortunatly wave serpents and falcons have none.<br /> <br /> But I don't see anything stopping a chaos sorcerer from shooting doombolt (if it still exists) out of his rhino.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Not really it did clear up a lot of issues that were a result of the new Space Marine Codex mainly FotD and models inside transports being effected. How ever it did bring up the the whole while models inside they no longer count as a scoring unit because they are no longer on the board debate. ]]></description>
