Normal popemobile with GW, AoMI and Speculum >> Volkmar (and cheaper too). Also xbows are better than handguns nowadays (due to the lost first volley) unless you want to take hochland champs.

I suggest that you use some crappy armymen/toy tanks as steam tanks and unpainted and half assembled goblin chariot as a war altar so that the opponents can fully appreciate the awesomeness of this army.

BTW, trade out a cannon or two for morters. Basically, they caught up to me in round 2, and my cannons were all gone by end of three. Only 4 small units that can hold TQ or OBJs, let see two are there to shoot and two move forward to do nothing. Than 4 specials that can blow up, and two steam tanks

If you want to at least win a game or so i wouldn't take it.
