I have been thinking about dropping the reaper from the termis and replacing it with combi-plasmas for the group, I'm a little concerned about being light on anti-armor. I'd appreciate any suggestions.

Taking two Lashes of Submission per army is getting a little predictable, but if you really want to then go for it. I'd suggest mixing it up a bit and ditching the Daemon Prince in favour of another Predator or a Vindicator.
