Um, "other vc armies" don't have good shooting.

There isn't a missile weapon option for anything in the new VC army book, with the possible exception of the 8" range scream of the banshee. There are two bound spell items that have a magic missle effect. I think the spell list has a magic missle, but can't remember off the top of my head.
