That wording doesn't specify not being able to take the same two. If this entire thing is about using 2 shooting powers, yes it can be done, and you don't need to take the same power twice. The mark of Tzeentch allows you to shoot two and the MC is able to shoot twice, so you can do it. Ummm, the monstrous creature question in the FAQ rererences shooting two different powers, not the same power twice..................
