The BikMek should be designed to go for HTH, he is the mobile coversave giver.
15 lootas are quite much. I have made better experience with smaler mobssize, enemy are then more willing to ignore them, especially if some 100 Orks are "ante portas"
Reduce the ShootaMobSize by some 10 and with the other points save you could field another two mobs, maybe even on trukk boy mob....
