I would drop the unit of Daemonettes down to 15 and take the Banner of Ecstasy. This should give them a little more resilience in combat.

Also if you can possibly format your post a little better that would help with understanding what is in the list. All we really need to know for the list is What unit is taken, how many models are in the unit, and all the upgrades.
